Shipping policy

SKYWISH dispatches all items within two days of receiving orders. You will be notified of any delays or cancellations.

Items are shipped via UPS, ParcelForce, MyHermes, and Royal Mail signed-for services, with tracking numbers provided Assistance is available through eBay message service if items are delayed or lost.

International items are shipped via UPS, DPD, and Royal Mail international signed-for delivery.

Lost items are not classified until 15 working days have passed from the dispatch date. Replacement items or refunds are available after this period.

Items are dispatched within 3 working days of cleared payment, with most items shipped the next working day. Expedited paid items are dispatched within 1-2 working days, depending on availability.

Failed deliveries returned to us incur a re-delivery charge at the full cost of the original shipping. Buyers are responsible for contacting us to trace returned items.
